1.5. The Client accedes to this Agreement and accepts it in full in the manner provided in Section 3 of this Agreement.
2. Scope of Global Business Week and applicable documents
2.1. Global Business Week is an international business, education, innovation, networking and promotional programme organised by WESIO. The programme may include forums, business meetings, investment and partnership formats, exhibitions, awards, media activities, youth or family-related components and other formats approved by WESIO.

The programme may include forums, business meetings, investment and partnership formats, exhibitions, awards, media activities, youth or family-related components and other formats approved by WESIO.
2.2. Participation in GBW is subject to approval by WESIO. The scope of participation, available benefits, access rights, services, promotional opportunities and any special conditions depend on the participation category confirmed by WESIO in writing.
2.3. This Agreement applies together with the applicable GBW documents made available to the Client before confirmation of participation or invoice payment, including relevant terms on participation, payment, refunds, conduct, privacy, media use and any category-specific conditions.
2.4. Category-specific terms, sponsorship terms, speaker terms, exhibitor rules, media terms, business matching terms, child or youth participation documents, technical instructions or individual written conditions issued or approved by WESIO form part of the contractual framework for the relevant Client and Participant.
2.5. If there is any inconsistency between general website information and an official invoice, written confirmation, signed agreement or category-specific document issued by WESIO, the more specific official WESIO document prevails, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
2.6. Website descriptions, brochures, social media posts, presentations, preliminary calculations, programme announcements and other marketing materials are provided for information only. They do not create guaranteed benefits, results, audience numbers, meetings, media coverage, sponsorship rights or other obligations unless expressly confirmed in an official written document issued by WESIO.
3. Application, approval and participation status
3.1. Participation in GBW is not automatic. A person or organisation wishing to participate must submit an application, enquiry or request in the form required by WESIO and provide the information reasonably required for the relevant participation category.

3.2. The Client accedes to this Agreement and accepts it in full when the Client submits an application, enquiry or request for participation in GBW, accepts an official confirmation or invoice, pays an invoice, uses any GBW access, service or benefit, or attends GBW, whichever occurs first.
3.3. WESIO reviews applications to determine whether the requested participation category or benefit is available, suitable for GBW, compliant with applicable requirements and compatible with WESIO’s legal, operational, reputational, safety and organisational standards.
3.4. After review, WESIO may approve the application, reject it, request additional information, offer a different participation category, place the application on hold, or make approval subject to specific conditions.
3.5. Submission of an application, enquiry or request does not by itself confirm participation, reserve any place, create any access right, speaking slot, exhibition space, sponsorship or advertising placement, business meeting, publication, award eligibility, visa support, media coverage or other GBW benefit, and does not create any payment obligation unless WESIO expressly agrees otherwise in writing.\
3.6. Participation is confirmed only when WESIO has approved the application, made the applicable participation documents available to the Client, issued an official confirmation or invoice, and the Client has accepted the applicable terms and paid the invoice in full, unless WESIO expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
3.7. WESIO may request additional information or documents where reasonably necessary for the relevant participation category, including company details, billing details, identification, ownership or compliance information, project descriptions, speaker materials, brand materials, parental consents, emergency contacts or other category-specific documents.
3.8. Participation rights are granted only to the approved Client or Participant. They may not be transferred, resold, assigned, substituted, shared or used by another person or organisation without WESIO’s prior written approval. WESIO may approve or reject any substitution and may require updated information, documents or payment of an administrative fee.
4. Packages, fees and official invoices
4.1. WESIO may publish participation packages, sponsorship levels, promotional options, indicative prices, calculators and commercial descriptions on the GBW website or in other official materials. The binding participation category, price, services, benefits, deadlines, payment terms and any special conditions are those confirmed by WESIO in an official written confirmation, invoice or applicable category-specific document.

4.3. WESIO may revise prices, package availability, sponsorship levels, programme elements and commercial conditions at any time before issuing an official invoice or written confirmation. After an official invoice or written confirmation has been issued, any change will be handled in accordance with that document, this Agreement and any applicable GBW documents.

5.2. The GBW website may include calculators, package selections, invoice request forms or similar tools. These tools are not online checkout, payment links or card-payment facilities and do not by themselves create payment obligations.
5.3. The Client must not make payments to personal bank accounts, unofficial payment links, unverified third-party accounts or payment details that are not stated in an official invoice or official WESIO communication. WESIO is not responsible for payments made to unauthorised recipients.
5.4. A payment is considered received only when the full invoiced amount is credited to WESIO or to the authorised payment recipient. Payment screenshots, pending transfers, payment instructions or attempted payments do not by themselves confirm payment.
5.5. By paying an invoice, the Client confirms that it has received, read and accepted this Agreement and the applicable GBW documents made available before payment.
5.6. If a payment is incomplete, delayed, reversed, disputed, charged back or reduced by bank charges, currency conversion, taxes or other deductions, WESIO may suspend or cancel participation, withhold access or services, and require payment of the outstanding amount and any reasonable administrative or banking costs.
6. Organisational authority, safeguards and event integrity

6.5. 6.6. Any failure or delay by WESIO in exercising a right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right. WESIO’s rights and remedies are cumulative and may be exercised separately or together.
